    How to search by: 

    • Owner Name - for best results, enter the last name first *Partial entries are allowed. 
      • To search by first name enter the "%" before the name. (This may result in a long list)
      • Only a single owner per PIN is available for web search and display.  For a complete listing of owners per PIN, please call.  (907) 714-2230.
    • PIN (Property Identification Number) - located on your Tax bill or Assessment notice.
    • Mailing Address / PO Box – Enter the house number and/or street name
      • Example for PO Boxes please enter PO BOX 123
    • Location (Physical address of property) enter either the house number and/or street name. 
    Select the property by clicking on the appropriate PIN.
